QClairvoyance Quantum Labs has signed a memorandum of understanding with the IITM C-DOT Samgnya Technologies Foundation, designated as India's National Hub for Quantum Communication under the government's National Quantum Mission. The collaboration will focus on quantum computing, quantum algorithms, quantum artificial intelligence, post-quantum cybersecurity and next-generation computing, spanning joint research, technology development and validation work.

The partnership adds to a steadily growing list of institutional collaborations emerging from India's National Quantum Mission, a government-backed programme launched to accelerate research, talent development and commercialisation across quantum technologies — an area that has become a strategic priority for governments globally, given its implications for cryptography, secure communications, advanced materials science and computational capability more broadly.
